Co-Workers in the Vineyard of the Lord

Novembru 2005

Dan id-dokument tal-Konferenza Episkopali tal-Istati Uniti tal-Amerika jikkonsisti f’żewġ taqsimiet.

L-ewwel waħda tiddeskrivi r-realtajiet ġodda tal-lum u tagħmel spjega tal-kuntest teoloġiku u t-tagħlim tal-Knisja dwar il-ministeri ekkleżjali tal-lajċi.

It-tieni taqsima tħares lejn l-appikazzjoni pastorali u tesplora modi prattiċi kif lajċi nsara jistgħu jkunu mħajjra jissieħbu f’dawn il-ministeri u kif jistgħu jiġu ffurmati tajjeb għalihom.  Is-silta dwar il-formazzjoni hija l-itwal waħda fid-dokument kollu u tisħaq dwar il-bżonn li din tkopri l-aspett uman, spiritwali, intelletwali u pastorali.  Fuq kollox tisħaq li l-formazzjoni tkun waħda kontinwa.
